July 13, 2025 – Forehands, Backhands, and a Whole Lot of Fun!

On Sunday morning, July 13th, our zero-experience junior players took part in a special beginner group class designed to introduce them to the fundamentals of tennis — and what a joyful session it was!

With energy, curiosity, and a few flying tennis balls, the kids learned how to hit forehand and backhand groundstrokes for the very first time. Our coaches broke down the techniques step by step, using fun drills, engaging visuals, and plenty of encouragement to help each student build confidence and coordination from the ground up.

The kids especially loved the interactive games woven into the session — laughter echoed across the court as they practiced their strokes while racing to hit targets or return soft rally balls. One student proudly shouted, “I can hit both sides now!” after nailing their first backhand — a huge moment for a beginner!

This session marked an exciting starting point for these young players, laying the foundation not just for tennis skills, but for a love of the sport. We're thrilled to see how much they enjoyed learning and look forward to supporting their growth in the weeks ahead.
